[Honda-C70] chain cover, front bearings, oil drip

I was totally surprised to see that my lower chain cover was missing. Fell off somewhere I suppose.

Installed new chain cover, replaced front wheel bearings to remove sideways play.

When I park, I see a small patch of oil on ground. Maybe from cam tensioner cap, or gear shift? A month ago I had right (looking down from top) cover opened up to replace kick spindle by gas and arc welding.

A month back i opened the tensioner cap and screwed in the screw all the way in. Later, mechanic had trouble setting timing. Now I hear some rattling noise. ??????
