Hello group! I just wanted to get some help with my bike. I have done all the tune ups & she starts & runs fine, but I've noticed an oil leak on the ground. Have traced it to a small missing portion of seal on the left cylinder head, its with a cover that has no bolts to it, think its the cam cover.
When running the gap in the seal is enough for me to feel air being pushed against my hand during compression. Bike only does about 30-35 & I'm guessing this is why. How do I get the cover off to replace the seal, do I need a whole new top end rebuild?
Really don't wanna pop the cylinder off if I'll have to put a new set of rings in there & hone it but if thats the only way to get to that cover & that seal that will have to do. Let me know, I can get a pic if needed.
