The founding fathers held views that were almost heritical from the perspective of the day's christians, and saw though the lies to see the injustice thats the religion's followers were inflicting. Thus, they decided to promote and design a government where Men could pray to and worship whomever they choose, so long as it harmed none. <BR/><BR/>Today, we face a fight against this sacred right. Men claiming to be pious seek to lower others to second class status, strip rights from their brothers, and promote their own sick hatred as rightiousness. Crhist woudl be ashamed of people doing such acts in his glorious name. To be christian is to be understanding, to promote peace, to seek justice and to preserve brotherhood. Men who wrought eveil in his name will surely face their punishments in the hearafter.<BR/><BR/>The campaign against homosexuals is a clear example of this. Given Christ's silence on the issue, it ether wasn't a concern or he simply felt it wasn't worth discussion, after all, its a harmless thing. Paul mentions it, but paul was very much a hardliner, who saw anything that made a man women like to be foul, as women where lower creatures. even Sadom was destroyed not for homosexuality, but for its inhospitality to strangers and guests. This act, inhospitality, was seen as a grave issue to God, who understands that how we treat strangers reflects how we treat ourselves. How can one be rightious if one hates?<BR/><BR/>The ACLU isn't always right, but they force people to examine the real issues that challenge our freedom. If no one speaks out for the unpopular groups, tyranny is always the result. If no one spoke for them, then odds are no one woudl speak for you when the time comes. Assulting this is tatamount to fighting to destroy the very freedoms we hold so dear.<BR/><BR/>conservative and liberals are really two sides of the same extreme. They throw insults at each other to hide their own gluttinous behaviors and lust for dominion over men and women of this nation. It is our sacred duty as americans to champion freedom, justice, and brotherhood, and to secure properity for the greater good of all. That can't be done so long as we let madmen on both sides shout hatred while hidng their true agenda.
