I don’t really exercise but I have a certain diet. It includes lean meat, fish vegetables and fruit. We use olive oil on everything including baked potatoes. Or perhaps even better, Muay Thai. For weapons, I'd study Kali (or whatever derivative name for Filipino martial arts is being used) that has not been diluted of its practicality. Nothing like specialized and improvised use of impact and bladed weapons. Especially stickfighting and knife combatives. Since you like handguns, you should also find an instructor who has an intimate familiarity with firearms. There's so much crap that are taught in martial arts- especially unarmed defenses against attackers wielding a firearm or knife.<BR/><BR/>Of course, this is assuming you are looking for function as well as exercise.
