I take it you are talking about 4 wheel  bearings and the drive hub bearing.
You access the drive hub bearing by removing the rear wheel, the drive chain and then the
drive hub by removing the larger nut on the rear swing arm and removing the sleeve, rear axle.

Most sets come w/ 5 bearings & I can only assume the 5th one goes somewhere on the drive train; can someone tell me how to get to it?
