[Honda-C70] thats not good

 

i put new oil like 3 weeks ago and have yet to ride it 10 miles the oil is both low and black. also randomly my engine rubs and slows down significantly. last symptom tons of smoke and i am running slightly lean. like 2 stroke amount of smoke. so bad rings, valve seals, or other? it is a 1982, rat bike with the 88cc kit , 20mm carb , and stock exhaust. i know working on that last one give me a little to get into a welding lab.
