[Honda-C70] Re: Wiring question

 

Yes sorry from two different diagrams from different publications.

Here is a small section from the large full diagram. Now the area is I'm asking about is bottom center. It's the short broken line with an arrow. Is this just pointing to a connector indicating color?
I checked again. There is the same R/W in the main harness. The other wire harnesses are enclosed in a black or clear tubing type material where the main harness seems to be tightly wrapped in electrical tape...is that how the main harness came inclosed or does this indicate someone had the harness?
