Hello Jimmy?
In addition to what others have said, I will add my 2cents!
Looking at a CL70 diagram, say page 148 of
http://lostabout.com/c70_65_50_manual/
or the same in the files section of this group, you will see all of your picture called 3 of 3. I will be referencing that diagram below.
First, Honda drew these wiring 'diagrams' as both a pictorial (showing what wires go where) and as a schematic (the abstract electrical layout of all the parts and connections as a total system)! Unfortunately you can't have both in one diagram! You have to compromise.
The same problem exists with home appliance stuff and auto shop manuals!
The connectors have been described by Mike and Bill.
It looks like the 2 to 1 connector on the red/white unfused wire from the battery goes nowhere if there actually is one on yours.
And the extra red wire above it also goes nowhere. Further down, an extra pink and black also go nowhere too!
The vertical column of connectors on the 'left' suggest the wiring harness ends toward the front of the motorcycle, and the vertical column of connectors to the 'right' suggest the 'south' end of the harness.
Here is where trying to show things as a pictorial of the wiring on the motorcycle makes studying the abstract design of the wiring difficult. Sometimes things are missed. Note that the points aren't mentioned anywhere, but happen to be drawn (like a capacitor!) between the AC generator coils. Probably because that is where they are?
Your aim is to recreate the wiring diagram of the CL70 on your CL70, so as to restore the 'idea' of what makes a CL70 a CL70 :) You don't have to reproduce every wire and connector exactly but all the parts have to be connected correctly as is implied by the wiring diagram. You have to strip away all the connectors, colors, etc. and see the wiring diagram so that you can say things like 'the + 6 volts goes to the fuse, then the on off switch, then to the primary of the coil to power the ignition'. Things like that. This by the way is basically how all the battery ignition Hondas work!
Oh, probably a good idea to replace your selenium rectifier with a $3 radio shack or similar silicon full wave bridge rectifier.

If they twist together one can not go to the battery. If not twisted together the one from rectifier can go to battery but then what happens to the other? Any help is greatly appreciated.
