[Honda-C70] 81 C70 Blows Headlight

 

Hi, I just replaced the starter relay. When I hit the starter button I got nothing, not even a click. Neutral light was on, I kicked started the bike and headlight when bright and then blew.

New battery, shows 6 volts on my meter.

What should I do, I did order replacement 25 watt bulb, lucky that I have that replacable bulb headlight. YIKES
