[Honda-C70] 1981-C-70-#35 Slow Jet press fit in 1981 c-70 Carb

 

My question is.Is the hole on the top of the press fit jet,supposed to go through the whole body of the jet from top to bottom? I bought one used and it seems to stop where it is tapered,before the array of small holes at the bottom.Thanks, Joey
