[Honda-C70] 1981-C-70-#35 Slow Jet press fit in 1981 c-70 Carb

 

Can anyone tell me if the top of the jet where the small hole is located in center point.Is that supposed to go through the whole body of the jet itself.Or is the jet only open where it tapers to where the small holes at bottom are located.Thanks, Joey
