[Honda-C70] After rebuilding my whole bike, I need a mechanic for the bearings

Okay so my bike is all up & running again after 2 months of dicking around, but I have a problem: my bearings are going out & instead of repacking them I figure I SHOULD replace them-- the rear wheel has 7K miles on it & the front has 3K but apparently it was an abusive 3K miles as it's worse than the rear.

So, knowing it'd probably be impossible to get my hands on a bearing removal tool for something this small AND with my previous luck with bearings, I was wondering how much it would cost for a mechanic to pack & swap them for me, bearings provided by me; Front set, rear set, drive flange bearings.
